In the utility model, a weak current control part adopts ways of resistance-capacitance coupling and power supply of a DC/DC module, and the fire wire and zero wire of each circuit out of four relay switch circuits of a strong current part are connected in series with fuses respectively and be subsequently connected with dual normal-open contacts; and the other ends of the dual normal-open contacts are connected with the fire wire terminal and zero wire terminal of a standard socket.
