The relationship to Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferase and interleukin-2 of the oral leukoplakia's patients

Objective To detect the significance of the level of Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferase and Interleukin-2 in patients with oral premalignant and malignant lesion.Methods 30 patients with suspicious lesions of oral leukoplakia;30 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and 30 healthy sjbjects had been detected the levels of plasma Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferases and Interleukin-2.Results The levels of Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferase and Interleukin02 to both oral premalignant and malignant lesions had not significant difference.Conclusion The level of Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferase and Interleukin-2 is a useless method for detecting oral premalignat and malinant lesions.
