Air Preheater Rotor Deformation Soft Sensor Based on Wavelet Analysis and SVR

The rotary preheater can fully absorb the waste heat of the tail flue gas in power boiler to improve the whole efficiency of the boiler unit, but the air preheater rotor will be thermally deformed during heat exchange. In this paper, after analyzing the process mechanism of thermal deformation, Spearman correlation coefficient method is used to select the auxiliary variables of the thermal deformation among the air preheater rotor. Then use the wavelet threshold method to denoise the data collected in the industrial field. Finally, using the least squares Support Vector Regression algorithm to thermal deformation of the rotor for analysis and forecasting. The results show that the method can credibly predict the rotor thermal deformation of air preheater.
