KEMAMPUAN KELINCAHAN ATLET PENCAK SILAT PERSAUDARAAN SETIA HATI TERATE BUKIT INTAN MAKMUR KUNTO DARUSSALAM

This research is motivated by the low agility ability of the pencak silat athletes of the Setia Hati Terate Brotherhood of Bukit Intan Makmur Kunto Darusalam..This research is a descriptive study using a survey method, with data collection techniques using tests. The population in this study were athletes of PSHT Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Bukit Intan Makmur Kunto Darussalam with a total sample of 4 athletes with a sampling technique using proposive sampling technique. The test used in this study was a modified bormerang run test. To analyze the data, descriptive statistical techniques were used which were expressed in the form of percent.Based on the results of research that has been carried out on the agility abilities of the Pencak Silat athletes of Seta Hati Terte Bukit Intan Makmur Kunto Darussalam Brotherhood Pencak Silat athletes, the score is obtained with an average score of 13.62 or 25% with the "Medium" classification.
