Macromolecule plastic membrane pressurized injection molding method and molding system

2007
The invention relates to a filtering machine used macromolecular plastic diaphragm shaping method and a system. Macromolecular plastifying plastic in molten state is fed into a pressure device and is pressurized and then injected into the shaping cavity of a macromolecular plastic diaphragm mould through the pressure device, and after being cooled and being formed, the mould is opened and diaphragms can be taken out. The invention has the advantages that: firstly, the plastic in molten state is quickly pressurized and then injected into the shaping mould of the macromolecular plastic diaphragm by adopting the pressure device, therefore the default in the background technique is avoided, and the manufacture of the macromolecular plastic thin wall diaphragm with super-wide format is realized; secondly, the design of the macromolecular hot runner shaping mould provided with a self-heating device can not only solve the manufacture of thin wall plastic diaphragm, but also greatly reduce production cost, improve production efficiency, and ensure steady and reliable product quality and good surface smoothness, therefore the technology problems which are required to be solved but actually not solved for a long time are solved.
