Modified projective synchronization of fractional-order chaotic systems based on active sliding mode control

For modified projective synchronization of fractional-order chaotic systems, this paper presents an active sliding mode control method. Based on the stability theorem of fractional-order system, stability of the error system is analyzed. Two examples of modified projective synchronization are performed respectively, which include two identical fractional-order systems (Lu-Lu) and two different fractional-order systems (Lu-Liu). Numerical simulations illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
