The Interaction Energy between a Spheroidal Defect and the Surface of an Elastic Solid

This paper deals with the mechanical interaction of volume defects with the surface of a solid. As defects spheroids are used. It is possible to calculate the elastic energy in dependence on shape, size and orientation of the defect. Der Beitrag beschaftigt sich mit der mechanischen Wechselwirkung von Volumendefekten mit einer Festkorperoberflache. Als Defekte werden Rotationsellipsoide verwendet. Es ist moglich, die elastischen Energie in Abhangigkeit von Form, Grose und Orientierung des Rotationsellipsoids zu berechnen.
