Method of spin markers in silicon : interstitial centers

A new method for studying the charge states of a defect occupying an interstitial position in the silicon crystal lattice is proposed. The method is based on the similarity of the parameters of centers whose wave function is formed mainly from the valence band states. It is proposed that managanese impurity ions occupying interstitial positions in the silicon crystal lattice could be used as spin markers
