Spinal fusion device.
2001
Spinal fusion device comprising at least one shoring rod and at least one anchor assembly (1) of the shoring rod to a vertebra .; each anchoring assembly (1) comprises a support integral (3) of a hook (2) having a base portion (2a) curve, which is coupled to the support (3), and a substantially planar part (2b) extending in a plane parallel or forming a small angle less than 15 degrees, with this support (3); means for assembling the shoring rod to the anchoring assembly (1); and a part (4) shaped hook may approach the hook (2) integral with the support (3), device characterized in that: - the support (3) has a hole (10) running through it from side to side , arranged in a parallel direction or forming a slight as mentioned above, with the longitudinal direction of said planar part (2b) of the hook (2) angle; this hole (10) opens on the side of the hook base (2) through a hole (11) of circular cross section and has, in the outer area of this hole (11), an oblong cross section, the length this oblong section extending in a plane parallel or forming a small as mentioned above, with the plane in which the flat part (2b) extends angle; and - the part (4b) corresponding to the base of the hook part (4) hook is attached to a threaded rod (5), this rod (5) can be inserted in said hole (10) with the possibility of pivoting about its axis and moving in the plane, and can receive a nut (6) at its end opening through said orifice (11), this nut (6) allowing, when unconstrained, the approximation of the hook forming said part (4) of the hook (2) integral with the support.
