Inner Cloth-Fell Brace of Tubular Weave Based on Flexible Carrier

The selvedge of tubular weave is denser than its other area on the weaving process,and the cause of it is analyzed,At the same time,an inner cloth-fell brace based on flexible carrier is designed which is used on tubular weaving process.This mechanism adds two special warps between the surface layer and inner layer of tubular weave.The tension of special warps can be adjusted by electronic control unit.So the special warps can brace the cloth-fell and the density of tubular weave can come to be regular.The theoretical analysis and experiment indicate that this mechanism is simple and reliable.By this mechanism,the selvedge of tubular weave doesn't require the manual post procession any more,and it can increase the economic profits.
