The present invention discloses a red phosphorescent materials based benzoxazolyl isoquinolin a crystalline form copper complexes orange preparation thereof. Phosphorescent complexes of the present invention, a monovalent copper salt derived from the ligand complex, the molecular structure of [Cu (2-iQBO) (POP)] PF6, wherein 2-iQBO and POP heterocyclic ligand is electrically neutral benzoxazolyl body isoquinoline and bis (2-diphenylphosphino) phenyl ether. The complex includes both small molecules and easy purification and high emission efficiency advantages, but also has high thermal stability. The material is directly obtained from the reaction mixture in acetonitrile Cu (CH3CN) 4PF6 ligand, having a simple process, simple equipment, raw material is easily available and low cost. The electrically photoluminescent material may be used as a light orange phosphorescent material, organic material can be used as a multilayer electroluminescent layer of phosphorescent material emitting device.
