The methodolgy evaluation to measure serum protein with JOKOH electrophoresis system and kits

Objective To evaluate the natural capacity of JOKOH system and kits about serum protein electrophoresis.Methods The correlation tests comparing with SEBIA system were done.The normal reference values of healthy person serum were established.Results Comparing with SEBIA system,the coorelation coefficients of five protein components were 0.805～0.970.The normal reference values were Alb 62.1%～67.9%,α_1 1.9%～2.7%,α_2 6.3%～8.2%,β 8.4%～(10.8%,)γ 13.3%～18.5%.Conclusion Owing to adopting high automatic technique of electrophoresis and stain,the operation of serum protein electrophoresis is simple and quickly,the collection of illustrative plates are clear,the resolution power is high,and the results are accurate.The results of pathological analysis system are useful index for the diagnosis and treatment of different disease.
