The invention discloses a monitoring device and a monitoring method for dynamic corrosion diffusion of a corrosion inhibitor of an oil well. The device comprises a pressure container, a groove body, a pipeline and a water pump; preferably, the device is also provided with a thermometer and a pressure gauge. The invention also provides a monitoring method for the dynamic corrosion diffusion of the corrosion inhibitor of the oil well. The device and the method provided by the invention can be used for simulating the diffusion process of the corrosion inhibitor under the underground environments of higher temperature and high pressure, monitoring the corrosion speeds and corrosion inhibitor concentration change conditions at different well depths of the corrosion inhibitor of the oil well in the diffusion process, and providing the base for researching the underground distribution condition and the diffusion rule of the corrosion inhibitor; besides, performance evaluation for the corrosion inhibitor is benefited, and further the diffusion rule and the use effect of the corrosion inhibitor under the actual working condition of an oil and gas field can be accurately evaluated.
