Proposal of a Communications Theory of Quantum Mechanics. Theoretical Examination of the ‘Gyromagnetic Ratio’

Is the ‘Two‐Slit’ experiment best explained by aliasing, first solved by Harry Nyquist (1926)? Does light reflected by an electron rotate through double the angle through which the electron itself rotates?
