PURPOSE: A sensor assembly and a robot cleaner including the same are provided to sense obstacles existing in the front by using line light so it is not necessary to install sensors or a separate servo mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A sensor assembly comprises a housing (110), a light emitting module (200), and a receiving module (300). The light emitting module is installed in the housing and can generate the line light. The receiving module is installed in the housing and can receive reflection light formed as the line light which is sent back from the light emitting module is reflected in an obstacle. The receiving module includes a receiving reflector (320) and a camera unit (310). The receiving reflector concentrates the reflection light and forms a vision hole (330) as the center is opened. The camera unit senses the reflection light concentrated by the receiving reflector and films images of the upper direction of a main body by penetrating the vision hole.
