The invention relates to a shell of an electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument. The shell of the electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument comprises a short segmental body (1) of which the outer wall is provided with a groove, the groove is internally fixed with a buckle cover body (2) coinciding with the groove in shape, the outer wall of the buckle cover body (2) is spaced with an antennagroove (10), an upper opening of the antenna groove (10) is provided with an antenna rib (5), a lower opening of the antenna groove (10) is provided with a gasket (7) which is provided with a routinghole (6), and an installation groove (11) is arranged on the inner wall of the buckle cover body between two adjacent antenna grooves (10). The invention overcomes the limits of motor machines and physical space, designs the shell structure of the electromagnetic wave resistivity instrument in the limited space, and realizes near-bit resistivity measurement in an electromagnetic wave mode with high precision and wide application range.
