Policy and Practice Update Clinical practice guidelines for the management of delirium in older people in Australia

Summary In summary, we have developed evidence-based guidelines forthe detection, prevention and management of delirium in olderpeople. Despite the limited evidence on which these recom-mendations are based, they provide a framework for guidingcurrent management and highlight important gaps for target-ing future research.
