PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEKERJA HARIAN LEPAS DINAS PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA DAN PEMADAM KEBAKARAN POSKO ALANG - ALANG LEBAR KOTA PALEMBANG

This study was meant to know and analyze how the compensation for job satisfaction PHL member Agency Disaster Tackle and Fire Department posts Alang – Alang Lebar Palembang City. The Population of this study is the total number of member of the Agency Disaster Tackle and Fire Department is seventy-three member. The sampling technique used sampling with a saturated sampling (census), so the respondens is a total seventy-three all member of Agency Disaster Tacle and Fire Department. This study used primary data obtained throught questionnaires and simple linear regressions analysis methods as a data analysis technique. Studies indicate that motivation has a positive and significant influence for employee performance. The suggestion in this research are pay attention compensation by raising member salaries, because compensation affect for job satisfaction PHL member Agency Disaster Tackle and Fire Department on Palembang City.
