Management of the Patients with Diffuse Axonal Injury Amalgamated Neurogenic Pulmonary Edema

Objective To discuss the management of the patients with diffuse axonal injury amalgamated neurogenic pulmonary edema .Methods Management and prog of 36 patients with iffuse axonal injury amalgamated neurogenic pulmonary edema was analyzed retrospectively . Results Incision of trachea in earlier period, assisted respiration with breathing machine correctly ,intravenous, drip lytic cocktail, empl ice blanket to reduce the temperature ,these ideas may depress the death rate of the patiens with Diffuse axonal injury amalgamated neurogenic pulmonary edema . Conclusion Incision of trachea in earlier period ,assisted respiration with breathing machine correctly ,intravenous drip lytic cocktail, empl ice blanket to reduce the temperature. These treatments may raise the patiens' curative effect who have iffuse axonal injury amalgamated neurogenic pulmonary edema.
