5 - Transformation de Wigner-Ville discrète simplifiée : versions périodiques et apériodiques

Several discrete versions of the continuons Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) have been proposed in the literature . In this paper, we propose a notion of simplifiee/ discrete WVD (SDWVD) . In this context, two types of SD WVD are investigated periodic and aperiodic SDWVDs . The comparison of their characteristics and the discussions on their practical computational aspects allow to clarify sonie notions related to the Lime and frequency signal discretizalion effects on the continuons WVD, facilitating thus a correct choice among diverse possible discrete WVDs .
