HUBUNGAN ANTARA BERAT BADAN DAN TINGGI BADAN DENGAN HASIL LOMPAT JAUH GAYA JONGKOK PADA SISWA SMP

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the relationship between body weight and height with the results of the long jump squat style. This study uses a descriptive correlational method, the sample used by 40 students. Data collection techniques using one shoot model or one time data collection and data analysis techniques using product moment correlation. From the results of the study it can be that weight and height have a relationship with the results of the long jump squat style. The results showed the relationship between body weight and squat force long jump results was 0.676 then the relationship between body height and squat force long jump results was 0.721 and the relationship between body weight and height with squat style long jump results was 0.815. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between body weight and height with the result of the long jump squat force. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya hubungan antara berat badan dan tinggi badan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional , sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 siswa . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan one shoot model atau satu kali pengambilan data dan teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment . Dari hasil penelitian di dapat bahwa berat badan dan tinggi badan memiliki hubungan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan antara berat badan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok sebesar 0.676 kemudian hubungan antara tinggi badan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok sebesar 0.721 dan hubungan antara berat badan dan tinggi badan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok sebesar 0.815. Kesimpulan nya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara berat badan dan tinggi badan dengan hasil lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Kata Kunci: Lompat Jongkok, Berat Badan dan Tinggi Badan.
