Nonimmune hydrops fetails associated with intrapericardial teratoma

We report a case of intrapericardial mass presenting as nonimmune hydrops fetalis accompanied with massive pericardial effusion and cardiac tamponade. Histopathology of the mass confirmed the diagnosis of congenital teratoma.
