TPS9640 Background: Current symptom inquiry during adjuvant chemotherapy is based on symptom reporting at regular intervals, usually at the start of the subsequent cycle of chemotherapy or by telephone interviews during chemotherapy cycles. Consequently there exists a time lag between occurrence of symptoms, reporting by the patient and initiation of side-effect directed therapy. In contrast, a real-time reporting of symptoms might fasten reaction towards side effects and thus improve patient care. Methods: This prospective multicenter trial determines the feasibility of an App-based query system to collect patient-reported outcomes (PRO) during outpatient adjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer and to treat side effects during chemotherapy in real-time.
