The network element quality automatic evaluation method includes a step of building a server connected with phases of mobility management entities MME in an LTE communication network and a user plane access service gateway SGW in wired mode and used for simulation, wherein the server used for the simulation can be connected with more than two mobility management entities MME2 in the LTE communication network through an S1-MME interface in two phase communication mode, the server used for the simulation can be connected with more than two phases of the user plane access service gateway SGW in the LTE communication network through an S1-U interface in wired mode, and the server used for the simulation is provided with a simulation 4G mobile phone module and a simulation radio resource management node eNodeB module. The network element quality automatic evaluation method effectively avoids the defect that only a statistical index and objective quantitative criteria can be provided in traditional device network management and instrument dialing by combining the above step with other steps.
