Mutual Recognition of Engineering Qualifications

On 28 November 1988 I represented IPENZ at a meeting of representatives from the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand in Washington DC to discuss mutual recognition of engineering qualifications. The meeting was organised by the American Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology Incorporated (ABET) to be next to a Forum on Engineering Education sponsored by ABET.
