Method and apparatus for sharing mobile broadcasting service

PURPOSE: A portable broadcasting service sharing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to share the contents of portable broadcasting with a calling opponent by using a video call service of mobile communication. CONSTITUTION: A portable broadcasting processing unit(20) extracts broadcasting video data and broadcasting audio data from a portable broadcasting signal received through a portable broadcasting receiver. A codec conversion unit(70) changes the codec of the broadcasting video data and broadcasting audio data inputted from the portable broadcasting processing unit into the codec used in video communication. A communication module transfers at least one among the changed broadcasting video data and broadcasting audio data through video communication formed between an arbitrary communication terminal.
