β-GLUCURONIDASE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a new substance found in natural substances, having the effects of preventing colon cancer and bladder cancer and suppressing developing human's offensive body odor, as an additive for foods, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals or quasi-drugs, etc., in view of the fact that as the new substance is free of concern for side effects even if taken-in continuously and has excellent β-glucuronidase-inhibitory effect, harmful or unnecessary matter for living human body can be efficiently secreted out of the human body. SOLUTION: The new substance is a β-glucuronidase inhibitor comprising a lysophospholipid represented by the general formula(1)( wherein, R is a 10-30C saturated or unsaturated aliphatic acyl; and X is H or a polar group ).
