The utility model relates to a steel belt transmission mechanism which is characterized in that: a bearing is arranged in a bearing hole of a load connecting seat; a transmission shaft is arranged in the load connecting seat and fixed by a stop nut; a motor seat is fixed on the load connecting seat; a coupling is arranged on the shaft end of the transmission shaft; a motor is fixedly connected with the motor seat; a roller bearing follower is arranged in a compressing block, and a pin is inserted and a clamp spring is clamped in a clamp spring slot on the pin; steel belt connecting seats are arranged in fixed seats; and a steel belt passes through the load connecting seat and are fixed with the steel belt connecting seats at both ends. The compressing block is matched with the load connecting seat, and the load connecting seat is connected with load. The steel belt transmission mechanism can realize motion transmission of a long distance. The steel belt has good rigidity and small flexibility and is suitable for speeding start. The steel belt transmission mechanism has excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance and is suitable for various difficult conditions. A similar gear can not be generated, and inertial oscillation of a synchronous belt has high positioning precision during starting and stopping.
