The invention discloses a high-pressure grinding roller roll surface structure and a manufacturing method. The high-pressure grinding roller roll surface structure comprises a roll sleeve and column nails. Column holes are distributed in the outer surface of the roll sleeve in a staggered manner. The column nails are arranged in the column holes in a clearance fit manner through a bonding agent. The high-pressure grinding roller roll surface structure is characterized in that the column nails are made of non-metal materials. The high-pressure grinding roller roll surface structure has the beneficial effects that due to the fact that the roller sleeve is made of alloy materials, the column nails are made of the non-metal materials, combination of the roll sleeve and the column nails is poor, and the stability of the column nails cannot be improved in a welding manner, the column nails with threaded grooves and the column holes are high in bonding strength under the action of the bonding agent; the column nails are good in wear resistance, so that the running rate of equipment is greatly increased, and the service life of a roll surface is greatly prolonged; and the period requirement for replacing the column nails periodically is fully met, and the production cost of the roll surface is greatly reduced.
