The combustion of carbon as a conductive agent contained in the non-sintered electrode layers is suppressed, all-solid battery green laminate which can improve the capacity, to provide an all-solid battery and a manufacturing method thereof. All-solid-state cell (10) comprises a positive electrode layer (11) or at least one electrode layer of the negative electrode layer (13), a solid electrolyte layer laminated on the electrode layer (12). Electrode layer comprises a first and a carbon material to start combustion at a first temperature and a second carbon material to start combustion at a second temperature higher than the first temperature. To produce the all-solid-state cell (10), only the positive electrode layer (11) or the negative electrode layer and the green electrode layer is at least one of the green body (13), a solid electrolyte layer (12) after forming the green solid electrolyte layer and to form a non-sintered electrode layers and the unsintered solid electrolyte layer and the laminate by laminating a sintered body, firing the laminated body. Green electrode layer comprises a first and a carbon material to start combustion at a first temperature and a second carbon material to start combustion at a second temperature higher than the first temperature.
