The present invention discloses a super-resolution imaging method based on fluorescence resonance energy transfer, the super-resolution imaging method comprising the steps of: 1) a fluorescent probe labeled with a specimen sample to be high FRET efficiency, the high efficiency of the phosphor FRET FRET probe is labeled with a molecule of said FRET molecule comprising a first fluorophore (donor) and a second fluorophore (acceptor), the first fluorophore fluorescence resonance occurs can be the second fluorophore energy transfer (FRET); 2) can make use of the excitation light intensity in step 1) of the molecule FRET fluorescence resonance energy transfer excitation light threshold, the laser scanning confocal microscope imaging.
