The invention relates to a wire box used for a 3D printer, a supply system and the 3D printer. The wire box (5) comprises a wire plate (5.2), a wire storage shell (5.1) and a wire drive mechanism; the wire plate (5.2) is arranged in a sealed space of the wire storage shell (5.1), and is used for winding wires (1) for 3D printing; and the wire drive mechanism is arranged at one side of the wire plate (5.2), and can drive the wires (1) on the wire plate (5.2) to automatic loading positions from original mounting positions of the wire plate (5.2). According to the wire box, the wire plate for winding wires used for 3D printing is mounted in the sealed space of the wire storage shell, so that an environment surrounding the wires can be kept dry in the 3D printing process, and therefore, wires are prevented from being wetted and denatured as a result of contact with the external environment, forming effect of printed parts is affected, and use requirements of industrial 3D printer are met to the greatest extent.
