Effect of Mucosolvan by Ultrasound Conductance Cutaneous Penetration on Pediatric Bronchopneumonia

Objective To discuss the curative effect of mucosolvan by ultrasound conductance cutaneous penetration on pediatric bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 319 children with bronchopneumonia were randomized into groups Ⅰ(mucosolvan administrated by ultrasound conductance cutaneous penetration),Ⅱ(by inhalation),Ⅲ(by intravenous injection).The effectiveness and adverse reactions were analyzed in 3 groups.Results In group Ⅰ,73 had obvious effect (68.22%),32 had improvement (29.91%),2 had no effect (1.87%);in group Ⅱ,55(53.40%),37(35.92%),11(10.68%),respectively;in group Ⅲ,38 (34.86%),47 (43.12%),24 (21.02%),respectively,the difference was significant between 3 groups (Hc=30.739,P0.05).And there was significant difference in effectiveness between groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ(P0.05),between groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ (P0.05),between groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P0.05).Conclusion Mucosolvan administrated by ultrasound conductance cutaneous penetration,with high efficiency,low trauma,without pain and easy to operate,is a promising route of administration in pediatric clinic.
