The hotel employees were identified as the target if there is a significant relationship between customer orientation behaviors influence empowerment, ownership and psychological capital and psychological study. The survey was conducted around the subject a sample to a population bias to extract the Hotel Employees who work to achieve a five-star hotel in Busan. We tested the hypothesis by setting the hypotheses on the basis of previous studies in order to derive the results. And empowerment, psychological capital and psychological ownership in behavior between customer orientation relationship between the significant influence formation.
