With increasing age, comes an increased need for fibre, fruits and vegetables and the decreased need for cholesterol and salt. There is need to moderate the use of carbohydrates, maintain exercise and work through injuries. THREE TENETS: Diet, Exercise and Positive Thinking. (AU)
