The array substrate comprises: a first substrate; a first electrode arranged on the first substrate; a passivation layer arranged on the first electrode, wherein the passivation layer is provided with a plurality of first through-holes; a plurality of emission sources arranged in the through-holes, wherein each through-hole is provided with at least one emission source; and dielectric material layers arranged in the first through-holes for covering areas, with preset heights, of the emission sources and allowing the plurality of emission sources, far away from one side of the first electrode, to expose emission terminals with preset lengths. The areas, with preset heights, of the emission sources are covered with the dielectric material layers, and the emission sources, far away from one side of a gate insulation layer, exposes emission terminals with preset lengths. Only one terminal exposed from each emission source emits electrons, so that interference due to electron emission from other terminals and intermediate sections of the emission source, between different emission resources is avoided.
