Overcoming Challenges in the Global Classroom: Teaching Legal Research and Writing to International Law Students and Law Graduates

American law schools must identify and understand the needs of their international students. Only then can they design special research and writing courses for international lawyers or adapt existing programs to accommodate the needs of those students.
