철도역사 만족도 향상을 위한 ‘디자인품질평가지표’ 개발 연구

This study put the purpose to ‘design quality evaluation indicator(alternative)’. Reflect a diversity of opinions from the users and local community and qualitative demand to objectification index to practical use for qualitative improvement of architecture design about the railroad station, public buildings. For this study, Progress design classification system and detail index analysis with 100 reference book about public traffic facilities and 13 public design index, after 2005 and draw the design quality evaluation indicator. The early indicator assigned objectivity and propriety with professional person in the field, and verified through participation design workshop in planning with Pyungchang railroad station in Gangwon-do. As result of study, establish the design quality evaluation indicator with 5 large category and 40 details evaluation index, ‘Access : 8 items’, ‘Design : 8 items’, ‘Space : 10 items’, ‘Environment : 9 items’, ‘Performance and Technique : 5 items’. Also, develop a evaluation question form with compartmental to professional and ordinary person (citizen) for authorized the operational efficiency and estimation concreteness in intermediate planning stage, Participation design workshop.
