2019
For young patients to receive medical care in accordance with age-related changes in physical condition and complications and physical and personality maturity, the health-care transition from childhood to adult appropriate medical care is an important subject. However, allied disorders of Hirschsprung’s disease are rare and severe condition, so it is not easy to progress the transition to an adult health-care system. In this condition medical care should be seamlessly continued from childhood to adulthood, and it is necessary to prepare programs including seamless diagnostic criteria, severity classification, guidelines, education, and guidance of medical support.
