Influence on cow breast fatty acid biosynthesis related genes with sodium acetate and sodium butyrate

2012
Using fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR method, explored the effects of exogenous additives sodium acetate and sodium butyrate on gene expression of the key enzymes in milk fatty acid synthesis in mammary epithelial cells of dairy cow.And using semi-automatic biochemical analyzer detected the triacylglycerol concentration after adding sodium acetate and sodium butyrate in culture system, determined that the optimal sodium acetate was 16 mmol/L and sodium butyrate was 0.75 mmol/L regulating the biosynthesis of milk fat in vitro, provided a theoretical basis for artificial regulation of milk components.
