Impact of Ca~(2+) Concentration in Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells with Busuishengxue Granule in Chronic Aplastic Aaenia Patients and the Observation of It in Different Blood Diseases

2012
Objective:To observe the change of Ca2+ concentration in bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMC)in chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),exploring the possible mechanism of Busui Shengxue particles on CAA.To explore diagnosis and treatment ideas by observing the Ca2+ concentration in different blood diseases.Method: Extraction separation the CAA patients' BMMC.Use fluo3 AM staining by flow cytometry detection of intracellular calcium concentration.Detect the Ca2+ concentration in CAA,Myelodysplastic Syndrome(MDS),Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura(ITP),Iron-Deficiency Anemia(IDA) and compare them. Results: CAA patients' BMMC intracellular Ca2+ concentrations were significantly higher than those in the normal group. After Busui Shengxue particles treatment, patients in each group of intracellular Ca2+ concentration declined,Busui Shengxue particle group was better than the control group, but still higher than the normal group.MDS and CAA was higher than others.ITP,IDA and normal group were no significant difference. Conclusion: The concentration of BMMC intracellular Ca2+ rise is an important symbol of CAA disease situation. The Busui Shengxue particles can regulate Ca2 + release in BMMC,which may be one mechanism of the treatment of CAA.MDS,CAA,CITP,IDA's Ca2+ concentrations have significant differences, which may be related to the disease's degree of malignancy and mechanism.
