The specified weight of the paper special for covering is 18+/-1 g/m , the pH value is 6.0-8.0, the water content is 5.0-9.0%, the transverse tensile index is larger than or equal to 6.6 N.g/m , the longitudinal tensile index is larger than or equal to 20.3 N.g/m , and the longitudinal wet tensile strength is larger than or equal to 73.3 N/m. The technical indexes of non-woven fabric for covering the diaper core are referred, and by means of technical adjustment, the physical indexes of the paper are close to those of the non-woven fabric, for covering the absorbing core layer, used in an existing diaper manufacturer. By replacing the non-woven fabric with the paper, the production cost of diapers is reduced, and environment pollution is reduced.
