Surface treatment zinc-plated steel sheet

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated galvanized steel sheet containing no hexavalent chromium in a coating film and capable of obtaining excellent corrosion resistance, alkali resistance and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: The surface treated galvanized steel sheet has a surface treatment film formed on the surface of a galvanized steel sheet with a surface treatment agent containing a resin compound having a specified chemical structure, a cationic urethane resin having quaternary ammonium base, a vanadium compound, a zirconium compound, phosphoric acid or/and phosphate, and at least one kind of acid compound selected from hydrofluoric acid, acetic acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid and their salts in specified blending ratios.
