El proceso de renovación urbana en La Boca: organizaciones barriales entre nuevos usos y viejos lugares

El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar los por que de la perspectiva que sobre el proceso de renovacion urbana tienen los habitantes del barrio de la Boca. Esto guarda una especial relacion con los mecanismos de preservacion y transformacion del patrimonio cultural barrial. Para ello, se analizaran las actitudes de estos tres grupos de dirigentes barriales: aquellos que lideran organizaciones sociales tradicionales del barrio, los referentes de comedores comunitarios, de reciente formacion, y los lideres de organizaciones de perfil reivindicativo, surgidas en torno al tema de la vivienda y otros componentes del habitat. ______________________ ABSTRACT: The aim of this paper is to show the reasons of the perspective of the inhabitants of “la Boca” district on the urban renewal process. This maintains a special relation with the mechanisms of preservation and transformation of the cultural heritage of the district. This is why the author analyses the activities of the following three local charity organisation leaders: those who lead the traditional social organisations of the district, the recently trained referents of the community dining halls and the leaders of protest organisations that developed around the subject of housing and other elements of the environment.
