Inclined-strut and double-web connection structure for steel truss with auxiliary purlins

2015
The invention relates to an inclined-strut and double-web connection structure for a steel truss with auxiliary purlins. The inclined-strut and double-web connection structure is composed of inclined struts, upper chord nodes, lower chord nodes, auxiliary purlin nodes, vertical rods, an outer crossbeam, an upper crossbeam and a lower crossbeam, wherein two transverse partitions are arranged in each of the upper chord nodes, the lower chord nodes and the auxiliary purlin nodes and correspond to two webs on each of the sections of the inclined struts, the lower crossbeam, the outer crossbeam and the upper crossbeam; the two webs on each of the sections of the inclined struts, the upper crossbeam, the lower crossbeam, the outer crossbeam and the vertical rods are consistent with the inner width of the two transverse partitions in each of the upper chord nodes, the lower chord nodes and the auxiliary purlin nodes; the connection of the upper chord nodes, the lower chord nodes and the auxiliary purlin nodes and the inclined struts, the lower crossbeam, the outer crossbeam and the upper crossbeam adopts a double-web connection form. The nodes of all connection parts adopt double webs and double transverse partitions, the structure transition is smooth, the abrupt change of sections is small, and the structure stress can be optimized. The inclined-strut and double-web connection structure has the advantages of being reasonable in stress, reliable in structure, easy to manufacture and convenient to construct, forms a continuous ring structure, has good torsional property, and can be applied to the steel truss structure with the auxiliary purlins.
