Analýza personálních činností na Krajském úřadě v Pardubicích

The main topic of this bachelor’s work is an analysis of the human resources management within a self-contained unit. As the central organization for the personnel activity analysis, the regional authority of Pardubice has been chosen. This bachelor’s work consists of four chapters and means to make the readers familiar with the basic terminology of management, with the general conception of personnel agenda, with the characteristics of the administration body selected, and with the actual analysis of of the personnel agenda of a regional government office.
