Субзональная лимфатическая диссекция при хирургическом лечении рака молочной железы

New surgical techniques of organ preserving operations for breast cancer on lymphatic outflow ways are presented in the paper. Sonolipodestruction technology is used for determining the guard lymph node and mobilization of lymphatic outflow ways. Ten organ preserving surgeries have been performed using new techniques. Three out of them were segment lymphatic dissections. Satisfactory results have been reported with the use of new techniques. Fig. 6. References 4 items.
