Hydrogenation method for preparing lubricant base oil

The invention relates to the field of oil refining, and discloses a hydrogenation method for preparing lubricant base oil. The method comprises the steps that firstly, raw oil and nitrogen-containing material flow are guided into a hydro-conversion reaction area to be subjected to a reaction, and hydro-conversion oil is obtained, wherein the hydro-conversion reaction area contains hydrotreating catalysts and catalytic dewaxing catalysts arranged in a mixed filling manner; secondly, the hydro-conversion oil is guided into an isomerization-visbreaking reaction area containing isomerization-visbreaking catalysts to be subjected to a reaction, and wax converted oil is obtained; and thirdly, the wax converted oil is guided into a hydrofining reaction area containing hydrofining catalysts to be subjected to a reaction, and hydrofined oil is obtained; and fourthly, the hydrofined oil is guided into a separation area to be separated. By the adoption of the above method, when the high-wax-content raw oil is used for preparing the lubricant base oil, the visbreaking difficulty in the lubricant base oil producing process can be obviously lowered, and the low-pour-point lubricant base oil is obtained with the high yield.
