Complex Systems Cognitive Therapy

Even though Cognitive Psychotherapy still constitutes a recent, scientific and clinical movement, it is possible to detect, at least, three different approaches which originated from as many Schools of Cognitive Psychotherapy, characterised by different epistemological, theoretical and clinical viewpoints.
