Asynchronous metal sheet rolling process in common cold roller

1997
The upper and lower working rolls are produced into different roughness and their neutral points are made to be in different perpendicular planes to form upper and lower neutral planes, so that asymmetrical friction state is formed between the upper and the lower plate rolls and "kneading-rolling area" is formed between two neutral points to change the direction and distribution of internal tangential stress in plastic deformation area, to produce composite pressing-shearing deformation and to realize asynchronous rolling of cold rolled sheet. In the said method, only manufacturing two working rolls with different roughness can perform asynchronous rolling in common cold roller.
